A composition in water-in-oil-in-water (W/O/W) emulsion comprises continuous aqueous phase containing water (H2O); oil phase or oil shell dispersed in continuous aqueous phase and contains oil, internal aqueous phase within oil (shell), and lipophilic sorbitan-polyester conjugate which stabilizes interface between oil and inner aqueous phase; and hydrophilic polymer which stabilizes interface between continuous aqueous phase and oil phase (shell). Lipophilic sorbitan-polyester conjugate has sorbitan and poly(lactide-co-ε -caprolactone) or polylactic acid polylactide conjugated to sorbitan.
