Abstract:	本发明系提供一种简单、直接且迅速的方法以由外周单个核细胞产生免疫调节细胞，该方法包括：以肝细胞生长因子(HGF)处理外周单个核细胞，以诱发该外周单个核细胞分化成免疫调节性白细胞。本发明亦提供一种以前述方法所制备之免疫调节细胞。本发明另提供一种治疗由异常免疫反应所致疾病之方法，包括：对患有该疾病之患者施用肝细胞生长因子；诱发该患者之外周单个核细胞分化成免疫调节性白细胞；及调节该异常免疫反应。
