    Abstract: 本发明系提供一种简单、直接且迅速的方法以由外周单个核细胞产生免疫调节细胞,该方法包括:以肝细胞生长因子(HGF)处理外周单个核细胞,以诱发该外周单个核细胞分化成免疫调节性白细胞。本发明亦提供一种以前述方法所制备之免疫调节细胞。本发明另提供一种治疗由异常免疫反应所致疾病之方法,包括:对患有该疾病之患者施用肝细胞生长因子;诱发该患者之外周单个核细胞分化成免疫调节性白细胞;及调节该异常免疫反应。
