Title:	脂质化的抗原及其于增强免疫学反应的应用

Abstract:	本发明的Ag473，为一种脑膜炎双球菌Neisseria Mengitidis的脂蛋白，是用以制造高量的重组脂蛋白，以作为一种佐剂使用。尤其，Ag473的前40个残基（D1功能域）与登革热病毒外膜蛋白的非脂质化的一致功能域III，E3（rlipo‑D1E3）融合。将rlipo‑D1E3投予小鼠，可促使TLR2介导脾细胞增生，且TLR2介导由骨髓衍生的树突细胞特异性制备细胞激素，并经由TLR2活化NF‑κB传讯途径。N‑端脂质化片段的特征在于，其中专一性N‑酰基‑S‑二酰基甘油基‑CSQEAK片段已被确定。
