Abstract:	本發明係關於以大腸桿菌表現系統製備之經單離的重組人類脂質化存活素。本發明之經單離的重組人類脂質化存活素可增加共刺激分子(MHC II、CD40、CD80、CD83與CD86)及細胞介素(IL-6、IL-12與TNF-α)之表現量。於TC-1腫瘤細胞刺激動物模式及HLA-A11轉殖基因小鼠中進行的研究結果顯示，本發明之經單離的重組人類脂質化存活素能夠引起對抗腫瘤生長的免疫反應，並可應用於存活素表現的腫瘤。
