Abstract:	本發明係關於一種脂化重組融合蛋白，其係包含一源自天然脂蛋白之脂化序列，例如Ag473的N端部分，以及一腫瘤相關抗原，例如失活型人類乳突病毒致癌蛋白E6/E7(E6mE7m)，且該腫瘤相關抗原位於該脂化序列之下游；本發明更提供一種免疫治療組合物及其方法，其能夠誘發毒殺型T淋巴細胞以保護哺乳動物免受癌症疾病(例如HPV相關腫瘤)之侵害。
