    Abstract: 本發明係關於一種製造外泌體囊泡的方法，特徵在於將幹細胞以前列腺素受體拮抗劑(EP4-antagonist)刺激，而轉化為失去其幹細胞的特性之非-幹細胞，並大量釋放出帶有高含量用以維持幹細胞特性所需之蛋白分子及miRNAs的外泌體囊泡。本發明之方法所製備的外泌體囊泡，具有將非幹細胞轉化為幹細胞的能力。
