    Abstract: 本發明係提供一種高效的單細胞採集方法，係透過特殊設計的採集孔與採集吸管，將孔中的微粒/細胞收集至採集吸管中。本發明之採集孔與採集吸管的結構可消除採集過程中所可能產生的的液體無效體積，進而使所有(或大部份)的微粒/細胞可隨著液體流動而進入採集吸管中。本發明在細胞操作方面，具有細胞收齊效率高、細胞損傷小與操作簡便等優點。
