Abstract:	本發明係揭露一種組成物，包含有效量之中孔洞矽奈米粒子(mesoporous silica nanoparticles，MSNs)以用於需要避免及/或治療脂肪痢(steatorrhea)之主體。本發明也揭露一種組成物用於露出液態油脂至中孔洞矽奈米粒子並造成液態油脂膠化及/或固化，或一種組成物用於露出在主體之腸中之液體食用油脂至中孔洞矽奈米粒子並造成在主體之腸中之液體食用油脂膠化及/或固化，或一種組成物用於降低液體食用油脂之腸吸收。
