    Title: 用于抗癌化疗法的笼状铂金纳米团簇

    Abstract: 本发明揭示一种笼状铂金纳米团簇复合物。该复合物包含(a)胺基终端树枝状聚合物；及(b)包含铂氧化物的铂纳米团簇，该铂纳米团簇限制在该胺基终端树枝状聚合物之内。本发明复合物对癌细胞表现细胞毒性。本发明另揭示一种双重笼状铂金纳米团簇复合物，其包含在树枝状聚合物的笼状铂纳米团簇复合物的表面涂布的聚乙二醇(PEG)。该双重笼状铂纳米团簇复合物在其表面具有pH‑敏感键结。本发明亦揭示这些复合物的制备方法及其用途。
