Abstract:	一种分离的抗体，其结构包含：轻链CDR1，轻链CDR2，重链CDR1，重链CDR2，以及重链CDR3，所述抗体对Aβ<subgt;1‑42</subgt;或一N端修饰型Aβ<subgt;1‑42</subgt;都具有特异性结合能力。该抗体可用于治疗AD和早期检测脑Aβ含量。N端修饰的焦麸氨酸Aβ(pE‑Aβ3‑42)非常易于聚集，并且对Aβ斑块。
