Disclosed are heterocyclic compounds of Formula (l). (see formula I) Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition containing one of the heterocyclic compounds. Further disclosed are methods of using one of the heterocyclic compounds for mobilizing hematopoietic stem cells and endothelial progenitor cells into the peripheral circulation, and for treating tissue injury, cancer, inflammatory disease, and autoimmune disease.
