Abstract:	本發明係有關於一種治療阿茲海默症或帕金森氏症之醫藥組成物，此醫藥組成物包括：一種以上有效劑量之式(I)或式(II)硫脲化合物。式(I)及式(II)中之定義如文中所述。本發明也揭露此醫藥組成物減少小神經膠細胞所引導的神經性發炎作用或加強小神經膠細胞針對Aβ吞噬作用之用途。A pharmaceutical composition for treating Alzheimer’s disease or Parkinson’s disease. The pharmaceutical composition includes an effective amount of one or more thiourea compounds of formula (I) or (II):orand a pharmaceutical acceptable carrier.Each variable in formula (I) or (II) is defined herein. Also disclosed is use of the pharmaceutical composition to reduce microglia-mediated neuro-inflammation or enhancing microglial phagocytosis of Aβ.
