    Abstract: 本發明係關於對抗人類呼吸道融合病毒(RSV)感染之疫苗組合物，其包含複製缺陷性重組腺病毒，該病毒攜帶編碼RSV之F蛋白質或其片段的核苷酸序列。本發明亦提供使用本發明之疫苗組合物以預防RSV感染相關疾病之方法。The present invention relates to a vaccine composition against the infection of human respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) comprising a replication-defective recombinant adenovirus carrying a nucleotide sequence encoding the F protein of RSV or fragment thereof. A method of preventing RSV infection-related diseases using the vaccine composition of the present invention is also provided.
