    Abstract: 本發明係揭示一種表現JSRVEnv 轉殖基因(其已經由遺傳工程操作連接至表面活性劑蛋白C啟動子(SPCp)之基因轉殖小鼠。該基因轉殖小鼠可容易發展出肺部腫瘤，以供做為模擬人類肺癌的動物模式。A transgenic mouse expressing JSRVEnv transgene that is operably linked to a surfactant protein C promoter (SPCp) is disclosed. The transgenic mouse is prone to developing a lung tumor and serves as an animal model for human lung carcinoma.
