    Abstract: 本發明係關於一種藥物釋放系統,其包含藥物分子以及四級銨鹽官能化的中孔洞奈米矽球(mesoporous silica nanoparticle,MSN),在較低pH下,該藥物分子被負載且維持在該MSN中,而在較高pH下,該藥物分子被釋出。本發明之藥物釋放系統為pH反應型且因此具靶向專一性。 The present invention relates to a drug release system comprising a drug molecule and a quaternary ammonium functionalized mesoporous silica nanoparticle (MSN) wherein said drug molecule is loaded and retain in the MSN at a lower pH and released at a higher pH. The drug release system of the invention is pH responsive and thus organ-specific.
