    Title: Cross-linked oxidated hyaluronic acid for use as a vitreous substitute

    Abstract: Disclosed is the composition including the hydrogel polymer. This hydrogel polymer comprises the hyaluronic acid and the oxidized dihydrazide. And the hyaluronic acid in which the dihydrazide is oxidized is cross-linked. The hydrogel polymer exhibits the next property: it is the a) transparency and colorless and it converts into the gel - matrix in and, the b) 37℃ from the liquid state. These characteristics usefully produce as the vitreous humor proxy. 히드로겔 중합체를 포함하는 조성물이 개시되어 있다. 이 히드로겔 중합체는 산화된 히알우론산 및 디히드라지드를 포함하며, 상기 디히드라지드는 산화된 히알우론산을 가교한다. 상기 히드로겔 중합체는 다음 특성을 나타낸 다: a) 투명성 및 무색이고; 또 b) 37℃에서 액체 상태로부터 겔-매트릭스로 전환한다. 이들 특징은 유리체액 대용물로서 유용하게 만든다.
