    Abstract: 本发明公开了一种包括水凝胶(hydrogel)聚合物的组成物。该水凝胶聚合物包含氧化透明质酸(oxidated hyaluronic acid)和二酰肼(dihydrazide),其中,该二酰肼将该氧化透明质酸交联。该水凝胶聚合物具有下列特性:a)呈透明无色;且b)会在37℃从液态转变成胶体基质。这些特性使其可做为眼球玻璃体之替代物。A composition comprising a polymer that comprises oxidated hyaluronic acid cross-linked by a dihydrazide is disclosed. The polymer is a hydrogel exhibiting the following properties: a) transparent and colorless; and b) transforming from a liquid state into a gel-matrix at 37° C. These characteristics make it useful as a vitreous humor substitute.
