Abstract:	本發明揭示一種可植入性神經再生導管及其製造方法。可植入性神經再生導管主要包含一生物可分解性聚合物及一金屬。此外，導管亦可包含一或多種神經再生促進成分，其包含生物活性成分或細胞。導管之內表面可進行微圖案化微影製程以形成促使細胞排列生長之微溝槽。Implantable nerve regeneration conduits and methods of making the same are disclosed. The implantable nerve regeneration conduits mainly comprise a biodegradable polymer and a metal. Moreover, the conduits may also comprise one or more nerve regeneration enhancing elements, which comprise bioactive molecules or cells. The inner surface of the conduits may be micropatterned photolithographic processes to form microgrooves for facilitating cell alignment.
