Abstract:	本發明係關於與腸病毒(EV) 71型結合之單株抗體，或其結合片段。本發明揭示保有腸病毒71型-結合能力之抗體，與此類抗體中仍保留腸病毒71型-結合能力的片段，完全人類抗體或人源化抗體，以及包含此等所揭示抗體之醫藥組成物。本發明亦揭示編碼本發明抗體之單離核酸，及經該等核酸轉染的宿主細胞。此外，本發明又揭示利用本發明抗體及核酸之預防、治療和診斷方法。
