    Title: 交联氧化透明质酸作为眼球玻璃体之替代物

    Abstract: 本发明公开了一种包括水凝胶(hydrogel)聚合物的组成物。该水凝胶聚合物包含氧化透明质酸(oxidated hyaluronic acid)和二酰肼(dihydrazide)，其中，该二酰肼将该氧化透明质酸交联。该水凝胶聚合物具有下列特性：a)呈透明无色；且b)会在37℃从液态转变成胶体基质。这些特性使其可做为眼球玻璃体之替代物。
